1. About these terms

These terms apply to the Website Subscription offered by TheBuzihub Solutions, based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates ("TheBuzihub", "we", "us"). By subscribing or making a payment, you ("you", "the client") confirm that you have read and accepted them, and that you are authorized to act for the business you are subscribing for.

The subscription is offered to businesses. We may decline a subscription request, and availability is limited. If we decline your request after payment has been taken, we refund that payment in full.

2. What your subscription includes

For one monthly fee, your subscription covers one corporate or portfolio website, including:

• Custom website design and development
• Registration and renewal management of one domain name, with DNS setup
• An SSL security certificate
• Cloud hosting with automated backups
• Ongoing maintenance and technical support
• A mobile-responsive build with technical SEO setup
• A complimentary logo and basic brand assets, if your business doesn't already have them

3. What isn't included

The following are outside this plan and can be quoted separately on request:

• E-commerce and online stores, booking or membership systems, marketplaces, and custom web applications
• Ongoing SEO campaigns, paid advertising, social media management, and content production
• Paid third-party tools, licenses, and integrations
• New pages, new features, or a redesign after your website has launched (see section 8)

4. Getting started and launch timeline

After you subscribe, we ask you to complete a short brief and send us your logo, brand preferences, website content, and business documents (a valid trade license or commercial registration, and your VAT/tax certificate where applicable).

We aim to launch your website within 5 business days of receiving your completed brief and everything we need to build it. Reasonable revisions during the build are included, up to your final sign-off. The timeline depends on prompt feedback and approvals from you. If content, feedback, or approval is delayed, the launch date moves accordingly.

5. Fees and billing

• The subscription fee is AED 250 per month plus VAT at the applicable rate (currently 5%) for clients based in the UAE, or USD 68 per month for clients outside the UAE (no UAE VAT is charged on USD payments).
• There are no setup fees.
• Your first payment is taken when you subscribe. After that, the fee is charged automatically each month in advance to the payment method you provided, until you cancel.
• Payments are processed by a secure third-party payment provider. We do not store your full card details.
• If a payment fails, we will let you know, and you have 30 days to pay the outstanding fee. We may suspend your website during this time if the fee is still unpaid after 7 days. If the fee is not paid within the 30 days, your subscription is cancelled and your website is permanently deleted. A deleted website cannot be restored.
• If we change the subscription fee, we will give you at least 30 days' written notice. You can cancel before the new fee takes effect.

6. Cancelling

There is no minimum term and no lock-in contract. You can cancel at any time by emailing [email protected]. Your cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and you will not be charged again.

Fees already paid are not refundable, including for a billing period that has started, except where the law requires otherwise.

7. Ownership, and what happens when you cancel

• What's yours. Your business name, your trademarks, and the text, images, and other content you give us remain yours. The logo and brand assets we create for you are yours to keep and use.
• What's ours. The website's design, layout, code, templates, and configuration remain the property of TheBuzihub. We license them to you for use as your business website for as long as your subscription is active.
• When you cancel. Your website is taken offline at the end of your paid billing period and is then permanently deleted, together with its content and backups. We do not provide a copy of the website, its files, or its content, so keep your own copies of anything you send us.
• If a payment is missed. You have 30 days to pay the outstanding fee. If it is not paid within that time, your subscription is cancelled and the website, its content, and its backups are permanently deleted in the same way.
• Your domain. A domain we register for you is managed by us during your subscription. If you cancel, you can ask us within 30 days to transfer it to you. Registrar transfer or renewal costs may apply. A domain you already owned before subscribing stays yours.
• Keeping the website. If you would like to keep the website itself after cancelling, ask us for a buy-out quote.

8. Hosting, uptime, and maintenance

Your website is hosted on third-party cloud infrastructure. We target 99.9% uptime, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, outages at third-party providers, and events outside our reasonable control can affect availability.

Maintenance covers security and software updates, bug fixes, technical support, and small adjustments to your existing website, such as updating text, images, or contact details. Larger work, such as new pages, new features, integrations, or a redesign, is quoted separately. We handle requests on UAE business days and ask that they stay within fair and reasonable use.

We keep automated backups, and we recommend that you also keep your own copies of the content you send us.

9. Your responsibilities

You agree to:

• Give us accurate information and valid business documents, and keep your contact and payment details up to date
• Only supply content you own or have permission to use
• Make sure your business, and everything published on your website, complies with the laws of the country where you operate, and that you hold the licenses your activity requires
• Take responsibility for the content of your website, including any notices your own business is required to display

We may refuse or remove content, or suspend a website, that is unlawful, misleading, or infringes someone else's rights.

10. Portfolio and credit

We may feature your website in our portfolio and marketing, and include a discreet TheBuzihub credit in its footer.

11. Results

We build every website to perform well and to be found in search. We cannot guarantee specific search rankings, traffic, leads, or sales, because these depend on factors outside our control and on in-depth SEO work that is not included in this plan.

12. Liability

We provide the service with reasonable skill and care. To the extent the law allows:

• We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, business, or data.
• We are not liable for failures of third-party providers such as domain registrars, hosting providers, and payment processors, or for events outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

13. Suspension and termination by us

We may suspend or end your subscription if you breach these terms, if fees remain unpaid, or if your website is used unlawfully. Where it is practical, we will give you notice and the chance to fix the issue first.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If a change is significant, we will email you at least 30 days before it takes effect. Continuing your subscription after that date means you accept the updated terms.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. We will always try to resolve a concern with you directly first. If that is not possible, the courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction.
